1. What are the production and delivery times?
Our products are made to order. Production generally takes 10 to 15 working days. Delivery varies according to destination:
- Canada/USA: 10 to 15 working days
Europe: 15 to 20 working days
Express options are available upon request. Please contact us if you need your products quickly.
2. Is there a minimum order?
To remain flexible, we offer low minimum quantities. The vast majority of products can be purchased individually. For others, quantities are listed according to product.
3. What file types can I use for my logo?
We accept .AI, .EPS, .PDF vectorized files for optimum quality. High-resolution .PNG and .JPG formats are also accepted, but may limit certain printing options.

Yes, we can supply neutral or personalized samples at a reduced price. Simply request them via our contact form. The price charged will be the price of a single product.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, bank transfers and PayPal.
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed, before production begins. After this time, as the products are made-to-measure, no cancellations will be possible. However, you can contact us via our customer service department to tell us what needs to be changed, and we’ll see how we can help.
We work with certified suppliers and use professional printing techniques (screen printing, embroidery, transfer, etc.). Quality control is carried out on every order.
