If your country does not appear in the checkout options, please contact us at info@printodesign.co for a custom delivery solution.
2. Processing & Production Times
All items are made to order.
Delivery time: 10 to 15 business days after visual approval (Canada, USA, Europe).
Other regions: Delivery times vary by destination.
Kindly note: Processing times may vary based on order complexity and seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Partners
We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services to ensure safe and trackable deliveries.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order’s weight, volume, and destination.
Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders (based on minimum order value or volume).
6. Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
💸 Refund & Return Policy
1. Custom Orders Are Final Sale
As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged
Incorrectly printed
Not matching the approved visual
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with the following:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Our team will review your case and, if valid, offer a free reprint or a partial/full refund.
3. No Cancellations After Approval
Once the artwork is approved, your order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Please review all details carefully before approval.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
If you haven’t received your package, contact us.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll reship it at no extra cost.
5. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-pickup, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
